The Modern Man And Penis Shaving

There is physical proof from ancient art and artifacts on display in museums that man has been penis shaving throughout the centuries. Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and males of India all preferred a smooth pubic region.

And while it's true that these ancient men did primarily shave their penises to limit infections caused by germs easily bred in the hot climate of the Middle East, there is much evidence to support penis shaving was about aesthetics as well.

Today's man doesn't have to shave his penis because of inescapable heat - there's air conditioning - But modern man is still shaving his penis because he's aware that eliminating this pubic hair eliminates a moist breeding ground for germs and bacteria. And consequently he feels cleaner.

It's a nice side effect that a man who shaves his penis also looks cleaner, simply because, without pubic hair his penis looks neater. The fact that his pubic hair no longer gets caught in his clothing is another benefit for the man shaving his penis. And the ease of applying and removing a condom is another reason the modern man cites for penis shaving.

These are all very good, conscientious reasons for the modern day man to be penis shaving indeed.

But let's get real -

The real reasons a man is penis shaving is because:

1) His penis gets more attention

2) His partner no longer complains about hairs in their mouth

And -

3) His penis looks bigger

Now we're talkin' ...

There's not enough information to confirm or deny if ancient men were penis shaving for these same reasons, but it is highly probable. Again, if you look at ancient art and artifacts, it's obvious men, even way back then, were concerned with the size of the penis. And that they had good imaginations ...

What is known is that how a person sees themselves, their body and particularly their genitals, greatly influences their sexuality and how, how much and how often they interact sexually.

If penis shaving positively increases a man's self image and confidence because he believes his penis looks larger, others benefit. So what's the harm in that? In fact, people of both sexes are always pleased to make acquaintance with a man who is secure in his sexuality because interacting with him is pleasurable.

So much so that if you took a survey right now about how both males and females feel about a man penis shaving today, the results would be overwhelmingly supportive. Just ask your own friends.

While you're at it, ask them if they might know of a better tool than a wet razor for the modern man shaving his penis.
