* Regarding refunds - Products must be returned complete in their original boxes including all styrofoam, cleaning brushes, instruction sheets, etc., and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This [RMA#] will be sent to you in an email along with all return instructions, after you have chosen to notify us that a refund would best suit your wishes.

Once we receive the properly returned products we will begin processing your refund and email you a confirmation when the refund is completed. We cannot return postage or handling charges, (if any were paid), so $59.95 is the maximum refund that anyone can receive. Q: What do I need to know to get the most out of my body shaver and body trimmer?

A: Using the following recommendations will ensure that you get the closest, most comfortable shave possible:

Batteries are not included. The body shaver requires (1) "C" cell battery and the body trimmer requires (2) "AA" batteries. You should expect to get around 30 days or more use from high quality alkaline batteries.

YOU MUST SHAVE DRY! For best overall shaver performance and results DO NOT wash/dampen area to be shaved before-hand, as moisture can cause the skin to swell slightly. You should apply a little baby powder or talcum powder so that the area to be shaved is dry and oil free, removing any excess powder before shaving.

Finally - Simply trim down the longer hair to a "stubble" with the longer hair body trimmer - And follow up with the body shaver to remove the "stubble" by shaving in circles and against the grain like using an eraser. Use the included brushes to clean shaver and trimmer after every shaving session, or before you begin your next shave.

For best results you should use a light application of sewing machine, watch or razor oil inside the foil/screen and directly on the trimmer blades at least once per month. This can be inexpensively purchased most anywhere sewing machines, watch repair or electric shavers are sold.

If you feel your shaver and/or trimmer may not be operating properly and you are following all included directions, simply contact us via email at support2@hairshavers.com or call our Customer Service Department directly at 843-248-3190 and briefly explain the problem. Most often a simple minor adjustment [which you can do] or a product exchange is all that is needed to correct the problem.

Q: Can I use the body shaver for any part of my body?

A: You can use it anywhere you have stubble. Underarms, legs, face, ears, head and the entire pubic area including inside the vaginal lips without irritation.

And men ... Don't worry! This is the only shaver that won't "bite" testicles. It gives a great quick touch-up for guys with shaved heads and even allows weight lifters and swimmers to keep their entire bodies hair free.

Q. Can I use the Body Shaver Combo to design the hair in my pubic area?

A: Yes you can! We suggest you use the longer hair body trimmer for the most creativity to sculpt and shape. Then just use the body shaver to touch-up the stubble areas.
